Multimedia Delivery

With a business climate notable for rapid change, dealer owner/operators contend with reduced cycle time and the need to continually adjust their operations to meet new product launches and emerging market conditions. Multimedia delivery is the distribution of rich multimedia content to users. Multimedia content is the presentation of integrated text, graphics, video, animation and sound.

OEMs and third parties deliver diverse types of multimedia content, through a variety of media. While CDs and DVDs remain popular, the internet also has become a primary means of distribution, via webinars, webcasts, chat sessions, blogs, and social media sites.
